BP-400 Pull Type Arc Spray Equipment includes Arc spray gun, Power supply and Wires feeder.

1. The arc spray gun can be manual operated or fixed on Robot. One button ON/OFF operation.

2. The power supply is 20KW, Siemens controller with one-button copperation and copper coil transformer. It can display the fault on indicator lights.

3. The wire feeder is is convenient for outside large workpiece construction. The max. wire is Ø 300 ×Ø 50 × 103mm, single wire reel is 20kg.

Application on Spraying various of metal and alloy wires for corrosion resistance, conductive, heat conductive and repair project. Like Bridge, iron tower, oil tank, water tank, mine cart, hull and deck, cookware, container, sluice gate, TV tower, power station condensation tower, syrup tank, armature bushing, propeller, structural steel component, acid-resistant equipment and so on.
