BP-1200 model is large power, more intelligent, all touch screen operation, independent gas controll center, lower consumption.

The power supply is 250KW with IGBT Modules, water-cooled electrical system, small size, high efficiency, low power consumption, good heat dissipation and low fault.
The control cabinet adopts 15'' touch screen with Simense PLC digital control. Mian Gas is controlled by Improted MFC. It can store and call up the spraying parameter formula and onnect with Robot and interlock.
It has independent Gas controll center. It's more safty and easier operation and maintanence.
The powder feeder is touch screen with Simense PLC digital control. The powder feeding gas is controlled by imported MFC.
Water Chiller is dual-channel water cooling, one channel to the spray gun, water pressure and water temperature adjustable; the other channel to the power supply, water temperature adjustable; It's with 15 HP Compressor imported America Copeland.
It's equipped with BP-SPG200 spray gun with 100KW.
Imported Italy gas pipes.
