BP-160 model is intelligent, all touch screen operation and lower consumption.

1. The power supply is 120KW with dual IGBT Module, water-cooled electrical system, small size, high efficiency, low power consumption, good heat dissipation and low fault.

2. The control cabinet adopts 12'' touch screen with Simense PLC digital control. Main Gas is controlled by Improted MFC. It can store and call up the spraying parameter formula and onnect with Robot and interlock.

3. The powder feeder is touch screen with Simense PLC digital control. The powder feeding gas is controlled by imported MFC.

4. Water Chiller is dual-channel water cooling, one channel to the spray gun, water pressure and water temperature adjustable; the other channel to the power supply, water temperature adjustable; It's with 15 HP Compressor imported America Copeland.

5. It's equipped with MF4MB-XL spray gun OR SG100 Spray gun.

6. Imported Italy gas pipes.
